What are the differences between caregiver and helpers?

1. A live-in caregiver is trained with nursing skill set and one who has the patience to dedicate most of their time to look after an elderly person or chronic person with disabilities.

• In a whole, our caregivers are trained to maintain good hygiene, maintain a safe environment, dealing and managing with changing behaviours, supervision of daily activities. 

 

They are trained to care under medical conditions such as :

• Allergies, Arthritis, Alzheimer's, Cancer, Dementia, Diabetes, Hearing impairment, Heart related issues, Parkinson's, Stroke, Visual impairment, Wheelchair bound.

2. A domestic helper is one who is willing to do household chores, cleaning, looking after children and employer's residence.
